Please update your Sydecar profile(s) to ensure compliance with CTA beneficial ownership reporting requirements.
To ensure that we can assist you with filing Beneficial Ownership Reports to FinCEN, Sydecar requires a few key pieces of information to be added to your profile:
- FinCEN ID
- Identification Document
- CTA Exemption Status
Please follow the steps below to update your profile to include this information:
- After logging in to app.sydecar.io, select "Profiles & Teams" >> Select your profile and click "Edit"
- If you have a FinCEN Identifier, please add it in the field shown below:
- Upload a Passport (US or Foreign), US Driver's License, or State/Tribal ID:
- If you meet one of the 23 exemptions to CTA, please indicate that as shown below:
