To start the closing process, we’ll need you to upload the final investment agreement(s) between your SPV and the portfolio company. Our Operations team will review the deal and contact you with any questions. If all details are correct, closing generally takes 1-2 business days from initial approval to completion.
With your authorization, we will:

Countersign and upload all subscription documents

Wire you your management fees, if applicable

Send the rest of the amount raised (minus the Sydecar fee) to the company

Email you and your investors when the deal is officially closed!
